School Commission
The School Commission is a group of nine school parent who serve staggered three year terms. The purpose of the School Committee is to develop and define the policies which govern the operation of Saint Monica School and to promote implementation of those policies. Working in close collaboration with the School Principal, the School Commission develops policies that will enable the school to fulfill its philosophy and accomplish its goals.

Home & School Association (H&S)
The Saint Monica Home & School Association is a volunteer organization that supports SMS by providing volunteers for enrichment and fundraising events. These events foster a sense of community, build friendships, and provide a loving, Catholic environment in which to educate the students who are our future. Each year the H&S makes a financial commitment to the School Commission for the operating budget.
The H&S coordinates many of the volunteer opportunities at SMS. We have moved to a web-based volunteer management system for easy sign up.

Auction
Every November, H&S holds its largest fundraiser in the form of an Auction. The fund raised are used to offset the actual cost of educating our children, thereby reducing what our families pay in tuition. The event takes months of preparation and countless volunteers to be successful. The Saint Monica community comes together in many ways, from planning the event, soliciting auction items, to decorating the facility, organizing volunteers, financial accounting, to attending the event to support Saint Monica School.

Golf Outing
Held in the Fall at a local golf club, the SMS Booster Club sponsors its annual Golf Outing to support the sports program at SMS. The entire parish is invited to the shot-gun style competition. Annual Mullaney Mile
In the early summer, families, students, staff, and parish come together to support the largest, single event dedicated to raising funds for our Annual Fund. The Mullaney Mile is a community-wide event that hosts a fun walk/run for children and adults, with events afterwards. The entire community comes together to celebrates the culmination of a wonderful school year. We hope you join us!
The Mullaney Mile is in honor of Miss Maryanne Mullaney and her continued dedication and years of service at Saint Monica School.
