Tour of St. Monica School
We will begin accepting applications for the 2017-2018 school year starting on January 18, 2017 at 8 AM. Applications are submitted online through the St. Monica School website or the link listed below.
Applications will be accepted in the order in which they are received until the class limit has been reached. Additional registrants will be placed on a waiting list.
Current St. Monica School Family Applicants
Current St. Monica School families have until January 31, 2017 to secure placement openings with priority status. On February 1, 2017, admissions applications from new families will be considered.
New Family Applicants
New families can submit applications for consideration on or after January 18, 2017 but will not be considered until February 1, 2017. All admissions applications are date/time recorded. Thus, early requests will receive priority should a waiting list develop. This will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Each admission application is submitted with a non-refundable registration fee; of $200.00 for one student, $250.00 for two students and $300.00 for three or more students will be date and time stamped accordingly.
Registration fees will be applied as a tuition credit upon admission. There is an $8.00 TADS administrative fee for each admission application.
**Due to high interest placements, for kindergarten may be filled quickly. If you have a kindergarten age student, we encourage you to place your admission request as soon as possible for consideration.
Consideration of Applicants
St. Monica School follows the priority system outlined below for all applicants.
1. Parents are registered members of St. Monica Parish with family members presently enrolled who have attended at least one academic year.
2. Parents are registered members of St. Monica Parish in order of seniority, service, and stewardship, as determined by the Pastor.
3. Parents are not registered members of St. Monica Parish with family members presently enrolled and attending at least one academic year.
4. All other children on a first-come, first-served basis.
After a family submits an admissions application, they will be notified by email of an admission decision and directed to the enrollment process if applicable.
